This site is all about the Common. It is mainly so we can find out what is going on there but also so we can get more out of it.

Are you fed up with discovering that an event you would have liked to go to was on the Common but you didn't know anything about it?

Are you interested in the natural history of the Common?

Are you interested in the history and the future of the Common?

Would you like to have your say?

Well then this site is for you and you can help build it.

I would particularly like to hear from people who could contribute information on the history and wildlife of the Common. If you feel you have something to say please email me at shomer@cix.co.uk.

All the best
